Introduction
Farsight®’s Ticket Module allows you to view all the created tickets. You can update the details for any ticket that has already been created.
Steps
Go to: CMMS > Tickets
1. View all the tickets and click the Ticket’s name if you want to change details for it, or click on the Pencil icon
3. Edit all the details you want to edit in the Overview tab
4. Click the Update button to save the changes
