Introduction
You can view all the tickets that have been created by you or anyone else in your organization in the Farsight®’s Ticket Module. This allows you to view the tickets with all the necessary information.
Steps
Go to: CMMS > Tickets
1. Log in to your Farsight® account and hover over CMMS from the left-hand side menu
2. Go to Tickets. The page shows all the tickets with their details
3. Click on a ticket’s name or the Pencil icon if you want to view further details or edit the information
4. Click on the History tab to view the history for the ticket
5. View attachments in the Attachments section
6. You can view the comments by clicking the Comments tab
