Introduction
Farsight®’s Ticket Module allows you to open tickets for any task required. You can set priority, status, assets, start, and end dates for each ticket you open.
Steps
Go to: CMMS > Tickets
1. Click on + Create Ticket
2. Add the Title for the ticket
3. Add a Description for the ticket. The description can only be 1000 words at a maximum
4. Click on the Status dropdown to choose the desired status
5. Choose the priority from the Priority dropdown
6. Assign the ticket to your desired person from the Assignee dropdown
7. Click on the Supervisor dropdown to choose the supervisor for the ticket
8. Click on the Assets button to associate the affected assets
9. Click on the Start Date and End Date to set the respective dates
10. Finish the process by clicking on the Create button
