Introduction
Farsight®’s Ticket Module allows you to view all the created tickets. You can also assign these tickets to a person to work on.
Steps
Go to: CMMS > Tickets
1. View all the tickets and click the ticket’s name or click on the Pencil icon if you want to assign it
2. Click on the Assignee dropdown and choose the person you want to assign the ticket to
3. Click on the Update button
