Introduction
Farsight®’s Ticket Module hosts all the tickets that have been created for your organization. You can add attachments to any ticket that was created by your team.
Steps
Go to: CMMS > Tickets
1. View all the tickets and click the Ticket’s name if you want to change details for it, or click on the Pencil icon
2. Click on the Attachments tab
3. You can either drag and drop the files or click on the section to find the files from your computer
4. Upload the file by clicking on the Upload button
5. If you want to delete the attachment, click on the trash bin icon
6. Click on the Delete button on the prompt to delete it
