How To Open a Ticket from Portfolio

Introduction

The Portfolio module provides you with a holistic view of all your assets, along with an option to open a ticket if desired. This helps you to have an overall understanding of the performance of your assets and open a ticket to investigate any issues.

Steps

Go to: Portfolio > Portfolio

1. The menu on the left-hand side allows you to access the Portfolio Module

2. Click on the Portfolio option

3. Here you have a holistic view of all your assets. Click on the three dots for any asset you want to create a ticket for

4. Click Create Ticket

5. Add the Title

6. Add the Description in the given field to explain the important details of the ticket

7. Choose a status from the Status dropdown

8. Use the Priority dropdown to select the priority of your choice

9. Click on the Assignee dropdown to choose the person you want to assign the ticket to

10. You can find a person to supervise the ticket from the Supervisor dropdown

11. Click on Assets to choose the associated assets. The asset used to open the ticket will be selected by default

12. Choose the Start Date and End Date by clicking on the respective buttons. The end date can either be assigned manually or will be set automatically the day ticket is set in progress

13. Click Create to create the ticket with all the entered details
