Introduction
You can add a Work Order within a Ticket to ensure all the important information stays in one place. This allows you to stay updated with the progress on the ticket while the associated Work Order is in process.
Steps
Go to: CMMS > Tickets
1. Click the Pencil icon for the Ticket you want to add a Work Order to
2. Go to Work Orders tab
3. If the Work Order is linked to another Ticket too, turn on the radio button for Show work orders linked to other tickets
4. Use the Search bar to find the desired Work Order
5. Create Work Order if you want a new Work Order linked to your Ticket
