2. Check Alarm Log for the triggered alarms

3. Use All Assets to filter assets based on names and country

4. Sort can be used to sort based on Name, Area, SCADA, Device, Message, Device Type, Device Model, Severity, Start Time, End Time, Signal Type, and Ack Time

5. Group the alarms for a better view

6. Customize your view by removing or rearranging the Columns

7. Use the three dots for an alarm to either create a new ticket or view associated tickets
