Introduction
You can view Active Alarms in Farsight® and perform various actions like acknowledging alarms, creating tickets, and view related tickets.
Steps
Go to: Alarms > Active Alarms
1. View Active Alarms
2. Check Alarm Log for the triggered alarms
3. You can set different filters, including:
a. Assets
b. Time
c. Type
d. Severity
e. Asset Group
4. Group the alarms for a better view
5. Sort the alarms for a sorted view
6. Click the checkboxes to select different alarms to acknowledge
7. Acknowledge Selected Alarms in one click
8. Click three dots for the desired alarm to access/create ticket
9. Choose to either Create Ticket or View Tickets associated with the alarm
