How To Access Tickets from Portfolio

Introduction

The current tickets for a site can be accessed from the Portfolio module. It also allows you to create a new ticket without having to leave the page.

Steps

Go to: Portfolio > Portfolio

1. Hover over the three dots for the desired site

2. Click View Ticket

3. Alternatively, Create Ticket to enter all the information and generate a ticket right away

4. It takes you to the Tickets module showcasing the tickets for the selected site
