Introduction
Once you have created an SPV, you can edit it at any time to link assets to it.
Steps
Go to: CMMS > Legal Entities (SPVs)
Go to the CMMS module
Open Legal Entities (SPVs)
Click on the pencil icon to edit one
4. Scroll down to the Multiple Assets / Linked Assets dropdown
5. You can select which assets you want to link to the SPV
6. The Future assets button allows you to automatically add any new future site assets directly under the SPV. This way, operators and supervisors will get access automatically to them. If it remains unchecked, new assets created afterwards will have to be manually added to the user permissions list
