Contractual Availability Module allows you to make and manage multiple profiles. You can add different details like sites, device type, and treatment, etc.

Go to: Asset Manager > Contractual Availability > Profiles

1. Go to Asset Manager

2. Open Contractual Availability

3. Click + Create Profile

4. Select Assets

5. Choose the Device Type

6. Enter a Profile Name

7. Select the Start date and End date

8. Set a Formula from the dropdown menu

9. If the selected formula is Time-based excluded time, you can set a Maintenance Factor (%) for it

10. Choose the Treatment you want for the contractual availability

11. View Interval Overlap

12. Proceed with Status code mapping. You can do this by importing XLS and mapping and download afterwards too

13. Once you have imported XLS, start mapping the Category

14. Save and Close to finalize the profile
