Introduction
You can easily edit the configuration for an Enercon XML DA site in Farsight®. You need to have details like OPC Server IP address and Port, Username, and Password.
Steps
Go to: Asset Management > Asset Manager
1. Click on the Connection your site is placed in
2. Click on the three dots icon and then click on Configure Database Connection for the site of your choice
3. Add the connection URL to the OPC Server and Port field
4. Enter the username in the Username field
5. Enter the Password
6. If you want to import the previous data, click the Import Site data for period dropdown to choose the period for which you want to import data
7. Click Test Connection to verify that the connection is added correctly
8. Click Save to save the changes
9. Click Cancel if you want to discard changes
