Introduction
The logbook module allows you to keep track of all logs and logged events. Although normally all events are automatically captured, you are now able to manually generate and save logbook events so that you may better track your assets.
Steps
Open the Logbook module
Click on + Create Event
3. Select the desired asset
4. Pick the desired Timeline i.e. status or warning
5. Select the desired Status code
6. Pick the event Type
7. You can select a Curtailment if applicable
8. You can add a note, for example to explain the necessity for the manually created event
9. Select the Start Data. Optionally, you can even select the exact hour and minute, or it will default to 0:00:00. You must click ok to set it
10. Select the End Date. Optionally, you can even select the exact hour and minute, or it will default to 0:00:00. You must click ok to set it
11. Once you are happy, click on the Create button to save the new event
Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk * . All other fields such as Curtailment and Notes are optional.
