How To Create a Custom Report

Introduction

Custom reports are generated based on predefined templates that you create in advance. You can have as many templates as you want and can generate as many custom reports as you want based on them.

Steps

  1. Open the Reports Module

  2. Go to the Templates tab to review your existing custom report templates

  3. Open the Create Report dropdown and click on New Report

4. From the dropdown, choose the Custom Report Template you want to use

5. Optionally, create an individual Report Name

6. Select the desired Site. If the template is asset-specific, then you will select an asset instead of the site

7. Select the desired reporting Month

8. Select the email address where the report is sent

9. Once ready, click on Create to generate the report
