The Logbook module enables you to view the current tickets for a site or create a new ticket within a few clicks.

Go to: Logbook

1. Click the three dots for the desired log

2. Click View Ticket

3. Alternatively, Create Ticket to enter all the information and generate a ticket right away

4. It takes you to the Tickets module showcasing the tickets for the selected site
