Introduction
Once you have created a KPI, you can always edit it to meet your organization’s evolving needs. The change is applied instantly for you to view in the preview window as well.
You can only edit custom KPIs that your organization has created. Default KPIs provided by Farsight® cannot be edited.
Steps
Go to: KPIs
1. Click the Pencil button for the KPI you want to edit. KPIs that do not have a pencil icon are default KPIs and cannot be modified
2. Edit the fields you desire and click Save to apply all the changes
3. Click the Back button to go back to the KPI module
4. Click Cancel to discard the changes
