Introduction
The article guides you through the process of setting up low stock notifications for items in your inventory. You can set up In-App Notification, Email Notification, SMS Notification, Slack Notification, and Teams Notification.
Steps
Go to: CMMS > Inventory > Inventory Items
1. Click on Low Stock Notifications
2. Check all the notifications you prefer
3. Click on the dropdown to choose the people you want to receive notifications
4. Save the changes to start receiving low stock notifications
5. Click Cancel to quit discarding the changes
Note: For SMS notification, only users with verified phone numbers can be selected. You can add and verify your mobile number to receive notifications.
