How To Generate an Efficiency Report

The scope of an efficiency report covers only wind sites. It also specifically focuses on one month. The efficiency report shows an overview of the main information of the site, with details regarding the site’s generating units that actually produce energy.

Steps

Go to: Reports > New Report

A pop-up window will appear where you can select your new report type. Click on the dropdown and select Efficiency.

  1. Check the selected report type. You can also change it from here

  2. Select the Site for which the report is generated

  3. Select the Report Period from the calendar. The example image shows a monthly report for August

  4. The Availability Chart lets you select between which type of availability you want to report. Choose between OEM Availability or Default Availability

  5. Energy Production Target (per month) lets you choose between the default 40% of the site’s Nominal Power target or to input a custom value

  6. Line Loss tracks the percentage of energy lost between the generating unit and the grid. Choose between the default 3% or input a custom value

  7. The Reports Run Settings is set to Run Now as a default. If you uncheck Run Now, you can schedule the report to run either daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly

  8. Select which recipients receive the report. You can send the report to one recipient, multiple recipients, or all available recipients

Once you click on the create button, your new report will be handled as it was configured.
