The scope of the faults and maintenance report is for any device configured in Farsight®, for any custom range period. It shows how much time the selected devices were under fault/maintenance within the selected period. It also shows if the devices were in No communication or Errors in the grid state.
Steps
Go to: Reports > New report
A pop-up window will appear. Click on the dropdown and select the Faults and Maintenance report type.
A new pop-up window will appear where you can configure your new Faults and Maintenance report.
1. Check the selected Report Type. You can also change it from here
2. Add a Custom Name
3. Select the Assets for which the report is generated
4. Select the Report Period from the calendar
5. The Reports Run Settings is set to Run Now as a default. If you uncheck Run Now, you can schedule the report to run either daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly
6. Select which recipients receive the report. You can send the report to one recipient, multiple recipients, or all available recipients
7. Proceed to Create
Once you click on the create button, your new report will be handled as it was configured.
