Introduction
Solar Analysis module allows the user to view different solar power plants and the energy generated by them in the selected time.
Steps
Go to: Solar Analysis
1. Log in to your Farsight® account and from the Dashboard screen, click on Solar Analysis on the left side panel.
2. The screen displays key data like Production, Irradiation, Normalized Yield, and Performance Ratio.
3. You can view data from one or multiple solar power plants by clicking on the Assets filter.
4. Data can be filtered as per the desired date by clicking the Date filter at the top of the screen.
5. The Power Curve graph highlights the energy production trend in response to different irradiance levels for the selected solar power plants.
6. The Solar Irradiance & Power AC graph shows the energy production by the selected power plants throughout the selected period and varied solar irradiance.
7. Click on the Expand button in the top right corner of the Power Curve or Solar Irradiance & Power AC graph to view the graph full screen.
8. Scrolling down shows the Normalized Yield – by Generating Unit graph showing the total energy output per kWp of installed solar capacity.
9. You can also view Performance Ratio – by Generating Unit graph, representing a detailed view of how each part of the solar system is performing.
